To use this mod you first have to Hex edit your BL2.exe, I reccomend using BLCMM for that.
Use the import mod function of BLCMM to get this mod working alongside your other mods.
By scaling the size of the vehicles down it also changed the physics and makes it harder to controll them now.
I tried increasing the friction and the mass of the vehicles but it didn't do much.
While I work on a fix for this you can try it out for yourself.
