Recreated for v1.50
The mod still aims to make Miriam's movement feel better, without invalidating the in-game options. Also adds a very small auto-pickup range, and with variants for drop rates. Makes me sad to rename good old Baseline mod, but wanted to streamline it a bit further and add some more options. As well as re-packaging it to work better with mod managers.
Pick one version and install. They use a simple naming convention of XXYY, where XX is the movement speed bonus, and YY is the drop rate bonus. So "2505" is +25% move-speed and +5x drop rates.
NOTE: This mod is getting too many versions for me to test them properly, as testing random drops is very boring and time consuming. So if you find a version that doesn't work as it should contact me so I can test and fix it.
Some random thoughts:
* At 25% movement bonus, she moves about as fast as spamming slide or back-dash.
* At 50% movement bonus, she moves a bit faster than spamming slide or back-dash.
* At 100x drop rates everything always drops, except the diamond from Light Elemental as it started with a 0.5% drop rate. Still get it 50% of the time though.
* Removed the bonuses to Slide/Back-dash as they just didn't feel significant.
* Was thinking about adding versions that gained no/more xp, as well as no/more gimmick damage (spikes etc). But the amount of variants would become staggering.
* Added 0% move versions so this can replace old Basedrop mod since they're so similar.
* The 0001 version will have +0% move speed, and x1 multiplier, like the normal game but you still get the very small auto loot pickup.
