'With Ever Lasting Camp Provisions', every time a Camp Supply or Food is consumed during a Long Rest, it will be automatically replenished. No need to worry about gathering supplies—they will never run out!
if no supply available before a long rest , you get one.

Ever Lasting Camp Provisions for Patch #6
With 'Ever Lasting Camp Provisions', every time a Camp Supply or Food is consumed during a Long Rest, it will be automatically replenished. No need to worry about gathering supplies—they will never run out! If no supply is available before a Long Rest, you will receive one: a Heavy Supply Pack if the party size is greater than 4, or a Supply Pack if the party size is 4 or fewer. The Camp Pack(s) will replenish from the Character in the Party from whom they were taken.
The Camp Pack(s) or Food(s) will replenish After you Rest but before you leave the Camp.
New: Two versions of this mod are available: one with Zero Weight Supply Packs and one with Weighted Supply Packs. Use the Weighted version if other mods use Zero Weight for Inventory or Camp Supplies. Use only one version.
How to Install the Mod:
Download the extender from here
Extract
Baldurs Gate 3\bin
directory (eg.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin
Use BG3 Mod Manager or Vortex.
How to Uninstall:
Just exit the game and remove the mod.
to disable Mod permanently use Script Extender console ( 1= disable 0 = enable )
>> Mods.EverLastingCampProvisions.PersistentVars.ModeDisabled = 1
Save Game.
