A small change made to the Bow of the Banshee to make it actually function how its description states.

The Bow of the Banshee is unique because of its signature passive - Blood-Curdling Emission: "On a hit, possibly inflict Frightened. Gain a +1d4 bonus to attack and damage against Frightened creatures." The description states that enemies will be frightened "on a hit", not by the bow in particular, with the distinction being clearly stated by similar weapons. This is not the case in the actual game as only the bow will trigger the frightened effect, however, the bonus to attack and damage rolls apply for all weapons. Whether a bug or not, I made some small edits and "fixed" it. Now the frightened effect will trigger on all weapon attacks, along with the bonuses to already frightened targets.
