To install, extract the contents of the zip into your Data folder --> disk:\steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
To uninstall, delete the SKIN_Shared_Scars_MSK file in ...\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Skin\Resources
