Adds the necromancer Balthazar as a playable Origin character

As always the unique spells deal damage according to character level and/or have increased effects.
For example his "No rest for the wicked" spell now has no summon limit and raises Flying Ghouls which means as long as you have enough dead bodies around you can literally have an army of ghouls fighting for you.
I know, I know some of you won't like it cos you only play vanilla and it will make the game too easy for you so I will eventually upload a more balanced version, probably
