What if GDI and Nod failed to defeat CABAL during the Firestorm Crisis? With both organizations destroyed by CABAL, nothing was stopping the rogue AI from conquering the world, replacing humanity with cybernetics. The Forgotten, out of the way for much of the Firestorm Crisis, now find themselves being hunted down, conflicted between fortifying their sanctuaries and actively waging a guerrilla war for their own survival. The years of unchecked Tiberium growth would also eventually attract the Scrin, expecting Earth to be devoid of hostile life. Their ignorance would only end up thrusting them into the war between CABAL and the Forgotten mutants, a dangerous situation due to their unpreparedness but their desire for the Tiberium Ichor drives them to destroy anything that stands in their way. A new Tiberium War is about to begin between CABAL, the Forgotten, and the Scrin. Conquest, survival, addiction. For whom will you fight for?

Happy 2017 guys! Sure the previous year is full of shit with ISIS, Trump, Brexit, beloved personalities dead, or in my particular case, a piece of shit boss. But while all of these were happening The Forgotten were busy arming up for war with CABAL and Scrin, a conflict that would ultimately decide the fate of humanity's continued existence.
Honestly there isn't much progress but recently I've been busy shaping up The Forgotten's structures, something which I've overlooked. Kudos to Holy_Master and his Reign of Steel mod for the structure graphics.
I've also completed their Tier 1 defense structures (except for two subfaction exclusive ones). Seen here are the Barb Walls, Machine Gun Nest, Flak Cannon, and Anti-Tank Gun.
I hope I didn't trigger your OCD with that AT Gun ^_^lll

Will the Scrin keep Reaper-17 and Traveler-59 as well as a new subfaction, or will they be completely new?
Either way man, loving the look and can't wait to see what you've got in store for us with the Scrin, and the rest of the Cabal (whom I'm loving with the Mix of new Cabal Designs with assimilated equipment) and the Forgotten who are really unique.
Zeta is actually the Elite one, relying on quality over quantity and supported by a sizable airforce and "cyborgifying" units to provide their forces with cheap meat shields. Omicron is Turtle, having strong base defenses and tough but sluggish units to capture and control territory.
You're mostly right about the Forgotten. Their third subfaction, Guardian Clan, relies on strong tiberium-based infantry and status effects. Vehicles for them are merely used as fire support.
Yes, both Reaper-17 and Traveler-59 are two of the Scrin's subfactions with a third subfaction I call Abductor-33. More info on these three soon ;P

1-Antares legion:Mind control,Heavy walkers
2-Greys:floating disks,Genetic mutation
3-Ichor hub:Tiberium based units,Teleport
4-Rebels:Hit & Run,Stealth

So it seems by 'cyborgifying' units will we be harvesting dead and living enemy units? If it is, I'm getting seriously excited. And alongside this Omicron is a bit of a Steamroller.
With the Guardians and the Forgotten I have a few questions. Firstly for the entire Forgotten faction, will they have any aircraft? or is that what makes them unique? Sort of similar to the GLA in that they don't have any aircraft. Although I understand that you haven't quite finished the Forgotten and still have the Guardians and Warriors to show off. Anyway, the other one was on Forgotten Infantry, are they sort of like the C&C3; Forgotten mod in that they will be post apocalyptic, or will they have a more advanced twist?
As for the Scrin, I'm guessing Reaper-17 will take their offensive capabilities down a more powerhouse/aggressive route. Traveler-59 a mobility focused air and mind control force? or a new idea entirely?, and Abductor-33 could be a cannon/sneaky faction. Or it could be all out brutality?
Anyway, sorry to pester you and keep going mate, the mod is looking great.

I'm guessing the three factions are the Forgotten, CABAL and the Scrin (+ their appropriate subfactions)?
what I mean to say is what sort of strengths are we looking at for each faction
Forgotten- more guerilla speedy I'm guessing?
In general: CABAL is well-balanced, Forgotten is speedy subversive, and Scrin is rather offense oriented.
The subfactions will differ even more in their respective playstyles.
