Some tools for addon creators Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Ok. Where i can learn basic modding skills? For example, change the texts in the game, the names of the characters, the image of various things in the bag, the icons of the other things.

Hi all...first,congratulation to the creators of this fantastic mod...well i have a little cuestion about the possiblility of edit and reskin the textures of the mod,i make my personal mods since the first game came out,mainly reskin the textures(change color of the weapons,icons,suits and other little things....nothing important) but this mod .db archives are unsupported in my stalker .db files extractor....how can open the anomaly mod .db files? Any help? thx in advance and sorry for my poor english.

Well....i´m the biggest noob in the world!!! i found "tools" folder in main mod folder.....i don´t see the fisrts time,sorry for this.

Hi to all good people having fun and then some playing and moding. I have a rather specific question to ask about this very mod.

When I first pressed the play button in Anomaly launcher using not much more than mediocre hardware and 64-bit version of windows 7 ultimate, the game gave me the

'classic' error msg: 'api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1.1.0.dll is missing..

After I succesfuly dwnlded that and pasted it into the C:\windows\system32 directory and restarted my system, the msg changed..

It now says: 'The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1.1.0.dll

question is...what am I doing wrong? where do I put it? I believe it is in correct location in the aformentioned system dir.. I don't realy suspect there could be any corruption issues whatsoever since the verefication process in the game launcher was 100 percent succes..

any thoughts are appreciated
