XM8 Restoration v1.1 addon - S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

As of right now only Mercs, Freedom & UNISG have a chance of spawning with the weapon, although it's a rare chance.
Freedom traders can sell the weapon when you're at Major reputation with the faction.

The addon also contains patches for

JSRS Sound Mod 3.6

and

Blindside's Weapon Reanimation and Rebalance - JSRS Patch

Install the addon with your mod organizer of choice or raw dog it by dropping it into your gamedata, like the absolute savage you are.

The patches will have to go into their respective folders (ie if you only have JSRS, choose the JSRS patch & drop the content into it's folder)

Or if you wish to install the sound manually, install the main addon file, find your weapon_sounds.ltx open it up & search for xm8, find the snd_reload_empty weapons\xm8\xm8_reload & change it to weapons\xm8\xm8_reload_empty.

I.e. snd_reload_empty weapons\xm8\xm8_reload

For the npcs infinite reload fix, simply rename wpn_hand_fort_hud_animation.omf to wpn_hand_fort1_hud_animation.omf

OR drop my fix into blindsides folder & delete the wpn_hand_fort_hud_animation.omf

Anything that would overwrite the xm8_reload_empty.ogg file or changes the npc loadouts for merc, freedom & isg is a no go i'd guess.
Any major overhauls to the freedom traders could possibly make it so they won't sell the XM8.
Manual merging is most likely the solution to these problems.

• Added Nimble as a trader for XM8
• Aligned inventory position of attachments(*)
• Quick fix for npc infinite draw-reload with the XM8 while using Blindside Loner Pack
• Seperate folder for vanilla sounds

(*) The silencer will be floating when it's not equipped, i tried the best i could to align them both properly.

A proper shooting/recoil pattern. Adjust the spawn rates making it rarer among stalkers?
