What is this?
This small change to the Stalker Anomaly configs makes the game a more difficult.
based on original configs from Anomaly 1.5.1

What does this addon do:
I have significantly strengthened the protection parameters of NPC suits and also reduced the armor penetration of many cartridges. thanks to which it is now almost impossible to kill the exoskeleton using pistols and SMGs.
(I spent about 538 rounds of 9x18 mm to kill the Monolith in the Rhino exoskeleton)
I changed the characteristics of the weapon and ammunition so that when changing ammunition, the damage and bullet speed characteristics of the weapon itself would change. For example, if you change the caliber of an AKM to 5.56 mm, its ballistics and damage will become identical to the AK-101
I replaced the Type 63 upgrades with RPK-74 upgrades as they seem more logical for automatic weapons.
In addition, this fixes a persistent problem with the damage of the old AKS-74U (which has less damage than a pistol), G3 (now at the lower end of the 7.62 NATO caliber and not 39), automatic Glock (now it really shoots like an automatic Glock), MK14 (now in NPC hands is truly a semi-automatic rifle) and increased the rate of fire of a unique SVU
there is a folder with additional weapon files for "Chinese weapons".

additional changed resources: gamedata/configs/items/settings/npc_loadouts + parts.ltx, death_generic.ltx
- I swapped the cam-dispersion and zoom-cam-dispersion, which made the recoil in the zoom much stronger (it will take a long time to calculate more correct recoil, since recoil is affected not only by the difference between the masses, but also by the type of automatic and muzzle compensators)
- in ammunition I set the k-cam-dispersion parameter according to the difference in the energy of the cartridges. now the recoil of 762x39 is 1.5 times greater than that of 5.45 and 5.56
- most weapons with optical sights have an increased vision modifier for NPCs - this is for future changes in the logic and parameters of NPCs (currently it does not work quite as it should)
- expanded the arsenal of zombies
- changed and expanded upgrades for some weapons to make them more logical
- created modified versions of some weapons for NPCs. Techniques now seem more useful to NPCs
- armor and weapons after the death of an NPC may have different states of wear and tear
- expanded the arsenal of zombies
- Fixed some weapon parts when disassembling weapons: type 63 now has an SVD bolt and a rotating bolt, famas parts of a semi-free bolt, submachine guns without a gas tube but now with springs, MP7 has a rotating bolt and a bolt lock system
- Description of some weapons has been changed, for example the SVT40 is an OSK-88 hunting carbine
- The name/description of some upgrades has been changed (I don’t know how effective they are in reality, but at least they don’t cause schizophrenia)
- Some upgrades are rebalanced and have side effects. Simply put, when you improve one parameter, you worsen another
- SA80 has the worst reliability and begins to jam after the first magazine (yes, L85A1 is nightmare of British soldiers)
There is a previous version in the folder - just in case

not all - shotguns.
With increased armor, buckshot itself began to fit well. Bullet cartridges are can kill without penetrating armor - due to impact energy.
338 is a highly specialized cartridge. their weapons don't change caliber... yet
7.92 - I forgot that the Kar-98 changes caliber, now fixed (hardcore_vanilla1.7z)
guys, those who downloaded this addon before 7/16/2024 rename "weapon" into "weapons" in “gamedata/configs/items/”.
p.s. when dividing into standard files and “Chinese weapons” I made a typo
