Two different time periods. Sekigahara was 1600, their other mod is set in 1635 after the Tokugawa already took over.
making two mods at the same time sounds a bit too much tbr
This mod is set entirely within Japan, while the map of 1635 incorporates great parts of East and South-East Asia
IF this is slated to come out earlier, this could just be a simpler project to A. showcase their talents and act as a teaser for what to expect out of 1635
and B. test to see how certain things work/dont work before giving us the real juice in 1635

I think the main difference is that ur mum is not a playable character in this one
Dropping your mum on the Gekokujo world map would do more damage than 2 atomic bombs ever could
