Rise of the Empire #1: New Era Begins (0.75 Beta) by Majin Revan is the beta version of his first Rise of the Empire map which took place on Geonosis. This map had a few bugs and glitches the author in his readme stated would be fixed in the final version which it was. This map is different from the final version released as this one had a different Clone unit which was later replaced with the Republic Commando and a couple Rebel experimental units were also changed. I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR MAKING THIS MAP. ALL CREDIT GOES TO MAJIN REVAN ALONG WITH ANYONE CREDITED IN THE README.

Description:
Well, here we have Rise of the Empire #1: New Era Begins (Beta Version 0.75).
It is a beta because of some glitches, which will be fixed when they can be. Once they are, it will be made into Version 1.0.
This is the first map of my mod, Rise of the Empire.
Enjoy!
Here are some special things:
* EVERY last weapon, vehicle, and soldier has been named CORRECTLY.
* EVERY weapon is accurate to SW, movies and EU.
* The TX-130S Saber-class Fightertank has three passenger posisitons, pilot, passenger, and gunner.
* The vehicles are now the correct SW speeds. 74-Z Military Speederbikes went 500 km/h, so I found out that SWBF II uses m/s, and I converted the speeds. EVERY speed is accurate.
* There are seven soldier classes per side.
* The Imperial Clone Commando, earlier known as the Republic Clone Commando, makes an appearance.
* The DC-17m ICWS makes an appearance due to Qdin's excellent modelling skills.
* DooFi textured just about EVERYTHING new in this map, even first person arm/hand skins.
* There are multiple wrecks and half-usable LAAT/is and AT-TEs strewn throughout the former Clone Wars battlefield.
* Geonosians make an appearance as Rebel supporters.
* Shields have been enabled for the TX-130S Saber-class Fightertank, Imperial Clone Commando, and Rebel SpecForce Infiltrator.
* Two Acclamator-class Assault Ships hover over the battlefield. One is buried half way under ground, left over from the Battle of Geonosis, the first battle of the Clone Wars.
* The DC-15s Side Arm Blaster makes an appearance because of Dragonum, a wonderful modeller.
* Rends helped me with any sounds that typically would not work (CW era sounds in a GCW era map).
* The DC-15S Blaster Carbine is included due to OOM-9, a mapper and modeller. These were seen in RotS, but not included in the game (the game has the DC-17 Repeater Hand Blaster, used by Republic ARC Troopers.
* Many other special things can be found in my map!
This map can only be played in the Galactic Civil War Era.
Imperial Transmission from Grand Moff Tarkin:
"The newly formed Galactic Empire, donning new colors in vehicles, weapons, and armor, has received important information about a new organization called the Rebel Alliance.
This organization hails itself as the savior of the galaxy, threatening to destroy peace and overthrow the Galactic Empire.
This Rebel Alliance is a group of smugglers, mercenaries, criminals, delusional idealists, traitors to the Empire, former Jedi, non-humans, and terrorists.
They have now started a rebellion on Geonosis. They have gotten the support of the Geonosians, who we were...containing.
But, now we must destroy this new rebellion and their bug supporters. Wipe them out..."

Glitches:
* The custom .wav files I added for the DC-17m ICWS and the DC-15s Side Arm Blaster do not work. Nobody has figured out how to make custom .wav files work.
* The DC-15s Side Arm Blaster's texture is...a little messed up. If Dragonum figures out what is wrong with his model, I'll update the map with a fixed gun.
* Well, instead of having a floating icon for a new weapon (near the middle of the screen) and the icon in the correct area (two weapon icons!), I decided to just have no icons. So, the new weapons don't have icons in the HUD.
