This is a list of the most important things that you can find in this mod:
- OFFLINE RACES play all online races plus some cut ones plus the cut boat races anytime offline against cpu opponents for high rewards.
- COMPANION_SCRIPTS call a black marked dealer, hire up to 3 bodyguards, call the cops, deploy a remote sniper turret, call a taxi, throw sticky cameras etc.
- RESTRICTED_AREAS are red zones patrolled by guards and always active in freeroam where trespassing is prohibited just like you've seen in the campaign missions.
- UNLOCKED_INTERIORS are interior locations that you were able to visit only once during the campaign but that are now always open and explorable at any time.
- RANDOM_EVENTS are events that spontaneously happens in the game world around you offering new gameplay opportunities that you're free to engage at will.
- CIVILIAN_HACKS are new interesting hacks that you can perform on the generic civilians around the city after you profiled them besides the vanilla hacks.
- CUSTOM_OUTFITS are eight new outfits like Punisher War Zone armor, Collateral movie suit, The Division gear, Prisoner clothing, Police Officer outfit etc.
- FAST_TRAVEL are 15 new fast travel points located all around the map corresponding to the ctOS Towers you unlocked in every district.
- AMBUSH_CHANCE is a restored cut feature where hackers breached the fixer contracts so enemies can set up fake contracts to ambush you at contact points.
- CUSTOM_MISSIONS are new missions available around the city and comparable to the ones in the base game like Gang Hideouts, Criminal Convoys, Human Traffic...
- REPLACE_SCAN disables the yellow disk scan resulting from a 911 call and replaces it with a police search where cops actually comes to investigate the scene.
- ctOS_CHAOS allows the Chicago Police Force to use some ctOS hacks like bollards and bridges against you as an extreme measure on the highest difficulty chases.
- FIRST_LOAD improves the first load of the game providing randomized weather and time of the day, a vehicle nearby if missing, and "out-from-phone" intro camera.
- LIMITED_INVENTORY limits the weapons you can carry to only 1 for each weapon slot, you can swap them at gunshops or by picking them up from dead enemies.
Also thanks to an easily editable configuration file you can tweak all these features as you want, finetuning or even completely disabling them.
The update 2.0 for the Living_City mod is now available for download, it includes lots of fixes and improvements, with tons of new gameplay content and unique features.

so there is a problem with mine watch dogs just updated and made a new patch so no there is the mod one and the watch dogs one but if i delete the watch dogs one i cant use the new version are you going to update the mod soon?
This mod is already compatible with the latest version of the game, there's no need of an update.
If you're concerned about the "patch1" files then simply ignore them, the mod only involves the "patch" files, as it's written in the installation guide (where I explicitly say "ignore the patch1 files").
can you still play story mod missions?
Sure, this mod is made to seamlessly blend with the vanilla campaign, the mod features are unlocked when appropriate during the story for example, so you can start a new game with this mod, or install it mid campaign, or just install it after finishing the vanilla game without any problem, it's meant to suit every situation without issues.
One question what consoles does this mod work on or does it only work on PC? I only have the game for xbox 360.
I don't know of any WD mod that works on consoles, this for sure doesn't either.

Sure, as long as credits are given I'm fine, maybe just link this mod homepage so that people knows where to check if they have questions about the stuff that they get in their game as this mod is pretty complex and could get people confused. :-)

Amazing mod, pretty much the only reason I'm playing the game. I do have a bug where it seems like after I restore the motel to its act 1 state, it reverts back to being off-limits. Just thought you should know and if there's anything I can do to get around that please share!
Just reload the game, sometimes the script that should remove the blocks on the motel door fails to execute under specific circumstances, so while fasttravel is always properly restored the access to the room sometimes it's not, but it's enough to reload the game to get it unblocked again.
Anyway in the next update I've included a fix that should grant this bug never repeats.
