It has been almost 3 months that we haven’t update this mod, and many people may think we stopped our progress due to M&B2 Bannerlord. Actually…… Yes, to a certain extend. Because many of us have played Bannerlord and it takes very long time to take us back to pregress,
Originally, there are plenty of projects we are going to do in this mod, but since the Bannerlord will release in next few month, we are going to rush our work and put content as much as possible. Because you know, everyone want play Bannerlord, include our team members. Therefore, we have to concentrate our projects in this major update, and this is probably the last major update we are going to have for this mod.
But still, we will continue to update this mod. However, it won’t have major update like 1.1 1.2 does. And there are more and more resources we have putted in this mod, and it put more pressure on PC performance. If you would like to have smooth gameplay experience, we recommend you to play 1.12 version.
After the death of Emperor Manuel I Comnenus, empress Maria rule as regent in Eastern Roman Empire. While Latin merchants, notably venetians, dominating the trade of Aegean sea, which was dominated by Romans before. The riots break out between Latins and Romans due to political and economic disputes, Andronicus Comnenus take advantage of such incident and overthrown empress Maria. At the same time, Siculo-Norman invade and sack Thessalonica, the second major city of Empire. In 1185, Andronicus Comnenus was overthrown by Isaac II Angelus, the later defeated Normand invasion from sea. But that not all, in 1186, Peter II proclaimed as Tsar and rebel against Romans. In this case, will you help the empire to retake her glory, or you prefer to kick such crumble tower and make it collapse?
The campaign map extended to Western Aegean sea and South Black sea, which include whole Anatolia region.

Added Praetorian system for Roman Empire. If you join Roman Empire and own military title, you can be able to recruit praetorians.

Saladin destroyed the major force of Crusade through battle of Hattin, the fall of Crusader kingdoms will be a matter of time. But Saladin is not unbeatable. When the kingdom of Jerusalem only remain 3 cities, the new Crusade will come, include the King of England, Richard the Lionheart who will to come and replace Guy de Lusignan and become the new king of Jerusalem.

Player can build their own faction: If you have sufficient renown, title and faction relations, you can ask faction leader and own your subjective kingdom. The kingdom name will be named by your capital and title. You will start as ally with your metropolitan kingdom. Once you betrayed your high king, you have will to have endless revenge.

Hey, guys, The INJ module will be updated in the creative workshop with a new version of 1.63 in the near future. This new version is produced by a Chinese modder "她城执念" and translated into English by members of the original production team. It adds a lot of humanized new features and bug fixes. It will be released soon, but for some reasons, the English patch is still being made.

thank you for asking us, here are some things i have noticed:
When playing as a lord for the Eastern Roman Empire, you have no possibility to recruit the „Stratatoi“ (roman medium/heavy cavalry). I guess that you would normally get them, when recruiting a noble lance in a village. I believe that it should normally work that way, becouse when playing as a crusader, you also get one Knight and a squire by recruiting nobles. Unfortunatelly it does not work for the Romans, you only get one "Kavallarioi" and that´s it.
Also the „Hippotoxotai“ (regular horse archers) do not appear in the byzantine armies. However they instead appear in Cyprus parties, wich seems weird. Anyhow you have no option to recruit them (except for prisoners of course).
I also found no way to recruit the "Spathatoi" (heavy swordmen). There is as well no way to get the "Tuldum" (stone throwers)
When looking at the troop manual and checking out the Romans, you will see that there appears one unused troop, called a Vaegir Archer. He is however not used in their armies. It would be nice to see him sensibly intigrated.
Most of these problems have been solved or adjusted in version 1.63, Thank you for your feedback.

Specific updates will be released after the completion of the British version. As far as I know, the main contents are function optimization, many features can be set and a large number of bug fixes.
It would be great to do something with renown in this mod because as it stands you cant get almost any renown from battles. There are battles where game tells me that ill get 18 renown and im getting 8 or ill get 2 or 4 and im getting 0. As it stands its either impossible or extremelly hard to get any renown and without it its impossible to maintain your kingdom. The worst thing is that game is lying to me by telling me that ill get 4 renown and im getting 0. ^^
Is your renown over 1000? The mod will have a reputation limit in this case.
My renown is 1205 but it was very hard from the start to get any renown... Is it possible to start and maintain my kingdom? Or maybe devs wanted this mod to be that way so its impossible to grow your kingdom? Btw. Will things like the fact that lords dont want to even speak to me about joining me and that i cant get almost any renown will stop me from building a strong kingdom? Is it possible to expand here?? ^^
