Those light sources ain't gonna end good,FL engine light sources are glitchy, expect serious bugs like light disappearing throughout the whole system - everything black, or only one light(the light that was rendered first).The best chance is to wait for the Freeworlds DX9 port standalone.

I have tryed this.

O and a interesting fact Starlancer's engine renders lights better than FL's in SL all ships have at least 4 light sources, as well as the Sun and a few nebulas. I was realy amazed by this when i first played SL - a DirectX 7 game.

Only FL Alpha-Pre-public Beta had lights almost everywhere however.
