heh yea I know right? I'd be everywhere. posting stuff and updating the groups like crazy.
I got a bit bored of moddb. And I found some other places where I am needed as well. The Clan I am in playing wargame and modding C&C and my mates and steam and playing games and ofc real life ya know which doesn't seem to exist for me.
I am having a fun time but yes moddb is less of a priority for me as it has been in the past. Some might be thankfull for that. I should really rant less an upload more wicked stuff thou.

A report from the frontlines of Cold War Rearmed 2 mod in Arma II for you:
T'was a quiet December morning in Kolgujev, a now former Soviet military use island. Recently it was hit be a series of unprecedented terrorist attacks by a group claiming to be made up from the locals, dissatisfied because of the heavy-handed garrison tactics of the Soviets. Naturally, this type of thinkng is clearly of the Capitalist mind. Yet, they a day ago occupied and routed an outpost in the southern part of a island, an important region.
Orders from the top commanding body, a squad called 'MEDVED' was assembled to quickly and effectively quell this pesky uprising. Out of the 9 men, the CO Lieutenant Nikoly Smirnov and an unnamed Private was worth mentioning in the after action files. The operational approach and plan was to stop and kill the terrorists who where trying to escape via a convoy composing of a combat-modified pickup of unknown origin and a civilian lorry. Squad moved in and laid low in the forest over looking the road, the road of sadness and death... Unnamed Private was carrying the charge to be placed on it to signal the beginning.

The Private understood the orders, got up from the ground with his trusty PKM and the objective item in a purse on his hip, sprinting towards.
Taking note as to the placement, he noticed a straight bush on the left which was easy to notice from the prone ambush positions. The item was dropped.
Soon after, the terrorist pickup and the covered lorry were within reach of fire. Nervous, hoping he'd picked the distance right he took his left hand from the trigger and pushed the button on the detonator nearby. The timing wasn't right, the explosion happened few meters after the pickup but, it was a car not a BMP after all. The lieutenant Smirnov ordered weapons free and hot!
To the horror of the Private, the people jumping from the lorry didn't look like those he was told of... "God, forgive me because I had no other choice!"
A quarrel between those two echoed throughout the entire operation, Smirnov will not be judged in Hague, the Private will not come out as a deserter from conscience. The rain of spent bullet casing and the heavy tones of AK and PKM fire continues to scar the island.
The operation was deemed a partial success, Private was KIA while saving Smirnov from a hidden terrorist marksmen. Lieutenant Nikoly Smirnov died later due to heavy wounds.
The remaining others will be held accountable for their incompetence.
