This was a time of brutal confrontation between civilisation and barbarism, and of civil war as the ancient world's only superpower turned on itself.

Rome Total War is one of best RTS games ever released which introduce players during rise of Rome from a humble republic to a great power but these can rewrite history, playing and forge empires with any nations including Greeks and Armenians.

second best total war game, with mods its possibly The best total war, with the same engine as medieval 2, its practically the same game, although slightly older and lower graphics, the gameplay is very similar, and rome has much more charm in certain areas.
