Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your neighbor's house to figure out what horrible secrets he's hiding in the basement. You play against an advanced AI that learns from your every move. Really enjoying climbing through that backyard window? Expect a bear trap there. Sneaking through the front door? How can't I play the mod!?!?!
It's not a mod.. It's a content pack addon you can use for your mods.
There should be a TXT file, that should tell you what to do.

You need to extract it to the content folder, in the modkit.

Honestly, It would be a fun idea of Importing all the assets to the Modkit / Making a whole asset pack. Unfortunately, I don't have much time doing asset packs / Mods. maybe someday you know ;)
