The best time to go on a walk during work depends on your schedule and preferences. Some people in my office, prefer to start their day with a brisk walk to kick-start their energy levels, while others find a mid-morning or afternoon stroll more beneficial for a mental reset.

Every time you feel like you have spent too much time at your desk, I recommend taking a walk or a break. I advise you to take a walk if you're feeling stressed or exhausted. Sometimes I just go for a random walk, and when I return to my desk, my mood has changed. I dnt have a specific time just base on the mood.
