Running Windows as an app? No, not really. It’s just a viewer to a computer on the cloud. Which means it’s just a way of viewing another virtual computer on someone else’s computer. Remember that “the cloud” and privacy don’t always go hand in hand. If it’s someone else’s computer, you’ve got to understand what that someone else has access to.

All ye need to do is create a new registry key called "SystemResponsiveness" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile" and set its value to 0.
