Unfortunately, from my experience, they can have major issues. I purchased a granturismo two months ago and within the first week it broke down. Then again the same issue occurred three days after getting it back from repair. After complaining to the dealer, I was contacted by Maserati customer service with demeaning phone calls and emails. I asked to speak to Robert Souril, the head of Maserati Canada but they would not connect us-they try to protect him as if hes an untouchable god. Even my dealership could not get him to call me and discuss the situation. After much complaining I was contacted by Beth-in charge of customer service North America-and had several discussions. Ultimately she just towed the party line and regurgitated the same spew Robert told the dealership-they would not take the car back-leaving me with a 300000 $ lemon. This only confirms to me that Maserati executive see a lot of similar issues. Even my attempts to contact Kelly Macdonald, the CEO of maserati north america went unanswered. Maserati will not have your back-so please ensure that your state or province has solid lemon laws before you consider a Maserati.

1momay we request! are there stories of how designs were formulated and brought to life... if team Maserati can share with us it will be very helpful for us to learn design.. books do gives frameworks but Icons if documented properly can help all those who want to learn , learning by doing is great but if reference is absolute, errors in design gets reduced... if in confidential clauses it's ok! thanks for listening! thanks for time! good wishes to all !
