One year down, countless coffee cups emptied, and a whole lot of love gained – that's been my experience of balancing work and motherhood. ☕👶🏽💝 Here are some of the things I've learned along the way: 1. Those precious few hours I get with my son on weekdays are sacred. Most work emails and messages can wait until he's in bed. Might be an average day for me but it's his childhood 🤷🏼♀️ 3. Mum (or dad) guilt is real. I've had my fair share of moments of doubt, wondering if I'm doing the right thing by working full-time.
