It's great to have all these fancy new feature. 💖 But I hope Google can improve its verification methods. Right now we only have video verification, and the video limit is 2 minutes. Imaging owning a rooftop bar, you will have to: 1) Show the road sign and surrounding premises 2) enter the building and wait for the elevator 3) Go up the building via elevator 4) Walk to your premise 5) show signs and exterior of your business 6) unlocking the door All that in under 2min. 🤯 It will be great if we can reintroduce the postcard, phone call or document method, at least while developing a better method to verify. Definitely benefits more Google Small Business.
