Depending on the content that needs to be designed and delivered, should be useful to "generate" a lot of such content - video, animation, etc. Could also use avatars of famous people in some of it, as may be relevant. Besides seamless integration should also add value from the perspective of a user, a seeker, e.g answer to my query could be embedded in a video, and should be accessible in text, or audio form, video clipping, etc. ideally in the language of the seeker, who may also raise the query in any such form. Such technologies seem to have a significant role in preventive initiatives also. Data from user, may also be captured for risk assessment, along with such videos so that people with similar profile, in terms of critical data and risk can be recommended to see relevant videos, the questions and answers.
