On my mind ... aka OMM 😉 A manager named Bob was notorious for his terrible technical skills. One day, Bob tried to fix a server issue by repeatedly pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del. When a junior engineer asked what he was doing, Bob replied, "I’m rebooting the cloud!" The team burst into laughter. This humorous incident highlights an important leadership lesson: effective leaders don't need to know everything but must trust and empower their skilled team members.
