Wasn’t expecting to be featured but happy to be!😂
On a daily basis, we measure the work activities in points - from the calls we make, the planning we did, the seminars we presented, the communication we’ve done, the financial plans set up etc, there are points for each of them.
As advisors, we have the flexibility and freedom of time. Tracking of activities keeps us grounded and makes sure we’re doing that work that should be done.
While every day has its fair share of disruptions and noises (I’m sure everyone has some of these😵💫), we learnt this word “Reasonable Disruptions” during the study group this month.
Instead of looking at disruptions as a reason not to do the work that we should be doing, accept them as part of the deal (because we’re bound to have some of them) and plan for them.
When a new mindset is embraced, these disruptions shouldn’t disrupt us from doing what we have to do in a month. 😎
