3 tips for when you’re feeling lonely ⬇️ 👉 Get outside! Whether you take a walk, go to the store, or sit in the park, use time outside to engage with others, even if only to smile and chat. 👉 Join social clubs. Follow your interests (or engage in new interests!) by joining clubs that promote connection. From hiking groups to art and gardening clubs, seek out stimulating activities. 👉 Volunteering can be a tremendous way to meet others as you give back to your community. Excited to share a brand-new video from our recent event at the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless Community Garden with Jovia Financial Credit Union members volunteering. It was an event full of laughter, hard work, and heartwarming moments.
