At Glenfield Invicta Ltd we’ve got a track record for helping our teams grow; gaining new skills and developing their careers, this has been a key factor in helping us retain and develop our teams. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀. And we’re delighted that so many of our team with such valuable experience are choosing to stay with us, to, to put this into perspective seven of our longest serving staff have almost 𝟮𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience gained directly working with us. And it doesn’t stop there, our very own Wilson McPhail is amazingly a 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 employee. How many companies can make that claim? 💪
We’re rightfully very proud of this and when you consider that this applies to roles right across our business, you gain some insight into our culture. Our customers directly benefit from our team’s collective wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience, they can trust us to deliver solutions at every stage of their project, whether that be reservoirs, hydropower, water, wastewater, or non-utility infrastructure, we’ve probably seen and done it before. 👍
