Do you have good memories of the shooting and the peiple you met ?
I can see generations coming ahead, with no attention span, and a very surreal, I dare say demented way of seeing the world around them. To you it seems impressive maybe, to me it's odd, appalling and very, very, very disjointed.
Looks very…hmmmm…AI. What if you start to get client notes like “can you make it look a little less AI?”
Thought 1) Looks amazing Thought 2) Generative AI will completely destroy peoples’ interest in all screen imagery within 10 years. Photography/video/film will become a niche interest.
Really incredible work. Some very complex and challenging scenes to create and really beautiful editing and pacing ties it all together nicely. Folks in the comments don't realize how painstaking it is to create scenes with complex elements and animation and lighting and camera moves. How were you able to achieve consistent characters in Runway Gen3? I see the sunglasses change but overall there's still a lot of consistency. And the scenes with multiple characters that are 90% similar? Also curious how you were able to achieve this. Would love to see a scene by scene breakdown where you talk about the techniques. Look forward to your next one. Cheers!
I am a video editor and indie filmmaker. When you look at this incredible video, we all understand that traditional video and filmmaking is going to an end. It’s beautiful and the same time it’s bittersweet. 🙏🏽
really cool.. but as a parent and knowing about how imagery changing at high frequency wrecks kids attention spans. I worry about the next gen of kids or the ones now that will be delivered 150 ideas a minute and none of them go anywhere or say anything. Hopefully this all settles down into more than "ideas per second"
Looks AI, it is AI; therefore, I lost interest.
More crappy images. Yawn yawn. 🙄
When confronted with something like this, I always think of animation’s 12th principle: appeal. Ie. why do we want to watch this? What does it teach us about our humanity? Is there something I can take away to improve my life? These AI regurgitations are superficial at best, and seductive at worst.
