- [Instructor] When you have content that needs to be repeated at the top or bottom of every page in a document, the last thing you want to do is go in and enter that manually at the top or bottom of every page. Instead, you're going to use what's known as headers and footers. That's what we're going to explore in this movie with our Red30 conference document 0502. Currently, only a couple of pages, but if we wanted information to appear at the top of every page, for example, copyright information, instead of typing it at the top of every page and every new page that gets added, we're, instead, going to go into the header area. If we wanted it at the bottom, we would go into the footer area. Well, you can do that by going to the insert tab on the ribbon. You'll see a header and footer section here.
