- [Narrator] When you need to collaborate with your team about ideas, planning, or problem solving, if you're all in the same location, you're likely using a whiteboard or a flip chart in a meeting room to work on this together. If you're in multiple locations, you need the digital equivalent of this. Microsoft 365 includes an app called Whiteboard that's a free-form digital canvas, where everyone can collaboratively work together from their own devices. Here's how to access the Whiteboard Web app and start setting up a digital canvas for everyone to work in. We're going to go to the App launcher in the upper left corner, and from here, notice that Whiteboard is listed in the Apps area. That's because I've already accessed this app. If you haven't, you'll need to select "all apps," scroll through the list, and then select "Whiteboard." Let's go ahead and do that.
