(electronic music) - You've just been assigned to work with a junior project manager who's working on updating an urgent care center. The enthusiastic junior PM has come to you with a draft for the facilities tasks in the project schedule. The draft looks like this. Facilities upgrade. Receive new diagnostic equipment. Install equipment in room 24. Test new equipment. Note, see who is available. Confirm equipment is ready for use. As you see no other tasks related to the facilities in the schedule, you become concerned. You are certain things need to be done that have been overlooked. What tasks do you believe need to be added to this project schedule? My proposed solution is presented in the following video as a text file.
