- [Instructor] It's finally time to present. Let's change to the slideshow ribbon tab. The first thing I want to do is uncheck plain narration, and use timings if they were checked just in case I have some rehearsed timings, and I also don't want my slides to advance automatically. I also don't want it to play any sounds that I may have set up. Over here all the way to the right, if I wanted to, I can place a check mark next to always use subtitles. If I click on subtitle settings, I can also tell the computer what my default microphone is going to be, and where I want those subtitles to appear on the slide. I can either click presenter view, if I want to force it to turn on or all the way on the left-hand side, I can click to play from beginning.
