- [Instructor] When you open PowerPoint with no file, it's going to bring you to this screen. It's also called backstage view. The Home button here on the top left will allow you to create new presentations. It can also show you any recent documents that you've accessed. Going back to the left, you can click New to create a new presentation or Open to open an existing one that you already have. You can also click Account down at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can make sure that you're signed in to Office. You can also sign out or switch accounts if you've signed into the wrong Office 365 account. You'll also want to make sure that you're connected to your OneDrive or SharePoint sites. If there's any additional folders that you want to connect to, you can click Add a service, hover your mouse over Storage and then choose to connect to a new OneDrive or OneDrive for Business account.
