- [Instructor] You can add a video to your slides. I have a new blank slide right here at the end of my presentation. I'll change to the Insert ribbon tab. All the way on the right-hand side, I'll click Media. You can insert a screen recording. This is going to allow you to record your computer screen and you can even record audio to go along with it. This is excellent for training presentations, but I'm interested in video. If I click the down arrow, I could choose Online Video, for example YouTube, and PowerPoint now also comes with a massive amount of stock images that you can use directly in your presentations. I'm going to choose video from this device. In my assets folder, I'll choose a video. If you do know you have a video file and PowerPoint isn't letting you click on it or insert it or you just can't see it, then it's probably some type of file format that PowerPoint can't open, so you would need to convert it…
