- [Instructor] The two movies in this chapter highlight recent changes in the Power BI service due to the introduction of Microsoft Fabric. If you already are familiar with Power BI, these movies and some other movies that are new to the course might be all you want to do when you're coming back to look at the course again, but if you're new to Power BI, I still encourage you to view the movies so you're familiar with these concepts and recent changes to the Power BI user interface. Microsoft Fabric, which was released in 2023, is an integrated, cloud-based analytics solution that makes it easier for enterprise users to move store and analyze data. Fabric is an end-to-end solution that brings together existing tools, and also includes some new tools so that users have one single tool set to use when they're moving, storing, extracting, analyzing data.
