- [Instructor] If you would like to receive a snapshot of a dashboard in your inbox on a periodic basis, you can subscribe to the dashboard. You can only subscribe to dashboards if you have a Power BI Pro license or if you're working in an organization that has a premium license. To subscribe to a dashboard, click subscribe, add a new subscription. Here's the dashboard. There's the email address. You can enter your own subject, which is My Retail Analysis Dashboard. I can include an optional message. I'm allowed to include an optional message, not necessarily for myself, that seems a little unnecessary, but because I can actually subscribe other people that meet the criteria we discussed previously like Rob Molina, perhaps. And it says, subscribed users receive dashboard attachments with data based on your permissions. That is, my personal permissions. But Rob could go in and subscribe himself, assuming that he has the level of licensing I think he has. I'm going to ask for this…
