- [Instructor] When you're creating reports in Power BI, you should assume, unless you've been told otherwise, that your users will want to be able to print the report. And the way we do this, the basic printing unit in Power BI, is we print pages. In Reading view, if our users go to File, their choice is Print this page, and they'll be delivered to the operating system's print dialogue, in this case, Windows printing. And if Portrait is chosen, you're usually better off to choose landscape because our screen is landscape. And then you can simply print from here. There's actually a slightly better way to print than this, in my opinion, which is to export to a PDF. If the user chooses Export, PDF, Export with the Current Values, and I can say Only export the current page, or I can just say Export. So I'm going to export.
