- [Narrator] There are a number of ways that I can share reports or dashboards in Power BI. So first, a quick overview. If I have some data that I would like a number of people to see, and by number of people, I mean anyone in the world with internet access, then I can take that report and I can publish it directly to the web. This assumes that my organization allows me to share our data that broadly. Most don't, so I will not be showing you this option. However, we can also use an embed code to share a report on an internal website or portal, and I'll demonstrate that in the next movie. I can also easily embed a report in a SharePoint page, which is another great way to share information internally if my organization uses SharePoint Online. If they don't, they probably use Teams, and I can display a Power BI report there. From a report or dashboard, I can directly share reports with my colleagues and send them an email notification with a link that will take them back to the report…
