Use Quick Steps to process messages

- [Instructor] A quick step is a feature in Outlook in which you'll manually trigger a sequence of events to process a message. Unlike rules which trigger automatically, you manually trigger a quick step on any particular email that fits your needs at the time. Quick steps are on the Home ribbon tab. With the message selected, you can select the quick step rule. For example, it defaults to this Create Task button. So if I select this email and click create task, it's going to create a to-do that places it in the To-Do app, but we can create our own quick steps. Click the down arrow next to Create Task and choose Manage Quick Steps. I'm going to create a brand new one that takes the selected email and moves it into a folder called to read.
