Save attachments from a message

- [Narrator] When people send you attachments like PDF files, Word docs, photos, and other files, you can save those to clear out your email. You'll know when a message has an attachment because you'll see the paperclip icon on the right hand side in the message pane. There may be more than one attachment in an email. The attachments will be located at the top of the email. This one contains a PDF file, and I know that because of the icon. I can always Double Click on it and it's going to open up in whatever default app I have to open up PDF files in Windows. I can also click on this down arrow. From here, I can choose preview and it's going to open up in a special preview mode in Windows. I can choose to save the attachment directly to my Red30 Tech OneDrive account, or I can download it locally to my PC, and that's going to save it to my computer.
