Create contact lists

- [Instructor] You can create a contact list that is a named list that contains many email addresses so that you can only address it once and it goes out to everybody. You can click inside your contact list in the left hand pane, and from here click create a contact list to get started. You can also click the dropdown next to New contact, and from here, choose new contact list. It's going to take you to the same screen. The first thing we'll do is give our contact list a name, and after that you can click inside, add email addresses, and start adding people to your list. It can select people right away. Just to get me started, I can even type in an email address. It doesn't have to be anybody that's in my contacts. This could be the first time that Outlook is hearing about this email address and that's fine. I can still add them to my list.
