- [Instructor] To create a new message, click New Mail from the Home ribbon tab on the top left hand side of the screen. If I have more than one account in Outlook, I can click the dropdown next to my email address and choose from which account I want to send the email from. Click inside the To field to start addressing the email. A list of people that I recently sent mail to will pop up, but I don't have to use them. I can type in as much or as little as I know. I can select their name or add their email address. I can keep adding more people. If I don't know the address but it's in my company or contact list, I can click the To button to directly open up a dialogue in which I can scroll or search through all of my company address books to find who I'm looking for. I can click the plus sign to add them as a recipient, and click Save. I can put anybody in the carbon copy field, and I can also click BCC over here on the…
