- [Instructor] The field in the top middle of the Teams window is called the command box. Of course, you can use this as a search tool, but you can also use it to trigger commands or find information about people. First, you could click on the command box, but a quick way to get there is with a keyboard shortcut. You can use the shortcut Ctrl E, if you're working on Windows, or Command-E, if you're on a Mac, and that will place your cursor right in the command box. From there, you could type in either a slash or the at symbol. Slash and the at symbol give you completely different options. I'll start with the at symbol, and it shows a list of people. Generally, these are people you work with closely or have messaged recently. I could click on somebody from this list, or immediately after typing the at symbol, you could start typing in somebody's name, and it searches your organization's directory. If you click the…
