- [Instructor] If you are using Teams and you have a hearing impairment, there are a few features that can help you have better meetings. First, I'll go to Settings, so I'll click the button with three dots near the top right, then go to settings. And on the left, I'll choose the category for appearance and accessibility. If you communicate with sign language and you use video meetings in Teams, it's very important that you are able to see the people who are using sign language. So from here, you can enable the sign language view. Then click where it says Manage Signers. In this field, you can type in a name to find somebody in your organization, and you should add everybody who communicates with you in sign language to this list so their video feed will be prioritized when you're in a meeting.
