- [Host] During large group meetings, you may need to separate the attendees into smaller discussion groups. Let's see how to use breakout rooms. You can set out your breakout rooms during a meeting, but you also have the option to do some of the setup in advance before the meeting starts. So let's start with that, in the calendar view, I'm going to double click on this meeting that I have scheduled. You can see the people I invited on the left and up at the top, I'm looking for the button for breakout rooms, but this is important. That button is not there when you first create the meeting. You have to schedule the meeting, then save it, then come back here and edit the meeting, and then you'll see the option for breakout rooms. But I'll select that and what you can do here is create the breakout rooms. I'll choose that. I need to choose how many rooms I'm going to create, for now, I'll just stick with two. And then…
