- You can see I have a few application windows open on my screen. I can share a live view of my screen or any of these individual windows with my coworkers in a meeting in Teams. So of course I'll go over to Teams, and I want to start by going to the chat section where I have a few conversations going on. We can continue sending messages here, and in the top right corner in a chat conversation, you'll see the button to share your screen. So you can share your entire screen or one specific application window. I could do that here in a chat, but I also want to see how it works in a call or a meeting. So over on the left, I'll go to the calendar section where I have a meeting in progress. So I'll click the join button to join that meeting, make sure all my settings look good, then I'll click join now. And then we're here in the meeting with my coworker, Garrick.
