- [Instructor] In this video, we will see how to schedule meetings. We'll start by going to the calendar. So I'll click the calendar button in the sidebar on the left. Then go up to the top and click the button for a new meeting. And we'll start by giving a title to this meeting. Then you should set the date and time. I'm going to set this for four o'clock today, and you could also set the end time, but I'll leave that as is for now. Then I'll go to the field to add attendees. From here, I can start typing in a name and it will search through my organization's directory. It found the person I was looking for, so I can click on her here. And I also want to add Stewart, so I'll search for him. So it's easy to search for and invite people who are part of your organization, but you are not limited to only people in your organization. You can also invite people outside of your organization just by putting in their normal…
