RSVP and join a meeting
- [Instructor] Let's see how to join a meeting that somebody has invited you to, and how to respond to a meeting so people will know whether you will attend. In Teams. I am in the Calendar section, so I can see all of my appointments. If somebody invites you to a scheduled meeting, it will look like this one. To start, it will have these diagonal lines on the left side, which means that I've not yet responded to say whether I plan to attend. Now you can click on any event in your calendar to see this floating panel with more information, including the RSVP menu. If you decline, it will remove the meeting from your schedule, or if you accept, it will change those diagonal lines on the meeting to a solid line. When you're ready, you can click the Join button here in this panel, and I'm going to do that in a moment, but first, I'm going to click outside of this panel to close it.
