- It's pretty normal for you to invite some people to a meeting who are not able to make it. If you want to make sure the people who missed the meeting are in the loop, you might want to record your meeting, then share that recording. You are only able to record a meeting in the full business enterprise or education version of Teams. Here in the Calendar section, you can see I have a meeting on my schedule, so I'm going to join that. And in a moment, I'll be connected. Okay, hello again, Garrick. So let's see our controls for recording and transcription. To see that, I'm going to click the More button up at the top, then we see this subcategory for record and transcribe. Now I do want to mention there are different add-ons for Teams that some organizations may have and some of those add-ons may change the interface for recording and transcription a little bit.
